Welcome to TEVTA COURSES – This authority was established in 1999 and is governed by the Tevta Authority Act 2010. It is a government institution. In line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐳 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟 is striving to empower youth, especially women, and increase their role in Pakistan’s economy. Tevta has the support of the domestic private sector as well as international organizations in achieving its goals.

TEVTA Collaboration

TEVTA has taken the first step to fully benefit from the opportunities created by the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). 32 language labs have been established to acquire Chinese language skills. Where Chinese language is being taught in the morning and evening. With the help of the (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency) TIKA, we are sharpening our technical skills.

In collaboration with the global organization Microsoft, the promotion of information and communication technology is among our goals, thousands of youth are benefiting from more than 135 Microsoft IT Academy. Through the e-Rozgar Program scheme, unlimited earning opportunities are being provided to the youth. This scheme is especially beneficial for women,Who can’t leave their home to work.

The German organization GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) is a partner in our journey to achieve our goals. Through the Technical and vocational education and training (TVET)  Reforms Program, improvements have been made in matters such as National Skills Strategy, Teachers Training Capacity Building and Aggregation. With the support of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), a Center of Excellence has been established in Lahore, where mechanical and architectural experts are prepared according to world standards.

JICA will complete the work of upgrading labs in 12 institutions of TEVTA, where youth will receive world-class training through the provision of machinery and equipment according to modern standards. Luban is a global Chinese brand, In collaboration with China “Luban Workshop” has been established here, where experts in automation and robotics will be prepared. Tevta is also taking advantage of the employment opportunities created in the transport sector.

With the cooperation of the city traffic police, a batch of professional drivers is being prepared, who are running the fleets of Uber and Careem. The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) has become a cornerstone for technical education in Pakistan, particularly in regions such as Punjab, KPK, and AJK.
