TEVTA (Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority) offers a wide range of courses to provide technical and vocational education, including a wide range of diploma courses. These courses are often designed to develop skills that help prepare students for careers in a variety of industries. Diploma courses under TEVTA are as follows:

Fashion Designing

A diploma in Fashion design is two to three years. After obtaining this diploma, you can easily get a job in fashion houses, boutique management, garment design retail, etc.

Mechanical Technology

The diploma in Mechanical Technology duration is three years, during which students are taught skills in Auto and Diesel, Welding Refrigeration Air Conditioning, etc. After learning these skills students are employed in manufacturing, maintenance, and automotive industries, HVAC sector.

Electrical Technology

The duration of the Diploma in Electrical Technology is three years. During this, students are taught the skills of power, electronics, and instrument making. After learning these skills, diploma holders can get jobs in power plants, electrical equipment companies, and electronics industries.

Civil Technology

The duration of the  Civil Technology Diploma is three years, during which the students are taught the skills of Civil Draftsman, Building, and Construction, which upon completion will lead to opportunities in construction, urban planning, and infrastructure development. Computer Information Technology

Diploma in Computer Information Technology duration is three years. During this students are equipped with skills like software development, networking, IT support, etc. After obtaining this diploma, students are able to get jobs like IT jobs, web development, network administration, and database management.

Automotive Technology

The duration of the Diploma in Automotive Technology is three years. During this the students are guided through the education of auto engineering, and vehicle maintenance. When they become a fully qualified mechanic and a diploma holder, they can work in automotive repair shops, dealerships, and auto manufacturing and even get a job in a good factory.

Textile Technology

The duration of the Diploma in Textile Technology is three years. In which students are exposed to garment manufacturing, textile spinning, weaving, and dyeing. After acquiring such skills, students can get jobs in the textile and apparel industries, from production to quality control, and this proves to be a great opportunity for them.

Health & Medical Technology

The duration of a Diploma in Health & Medical Technology varies, the duration of this diploma can be one to three years. In which students are introduced to pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, and radiography. When students get their diplomas, they are able to work as regular employees in hospitals, medical labs, and pharmaceutical companies.
