Admissions
There are two ways to gain admission into the IMBA program. You can apply online with your completed application materials, as detailed below. Or if you are concerned that your profile is not strong enough to gain admission, you can apply to the program through the Performance Based Admission Track (PAT), the first of its kind in the iMBA program. You will be admitted to the degree program if you earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in your first three courses in the PAT, including a B or at least two of the three courses.

The iMBA program is designed to be completed in 24-36 months, but students may take up to 5 years to complete the degree as long as they are making satisfactory progress. On average, students spend 10โ15 hours per course per week and take 1โ2 courses at a time.

When you register and take an Illinois iMBA course, you will pay the University of Illinois tuition of $347 per credit hour through 2024. Tuition is subject to annual inflation adjustment.
