A fully funded exchange program in the USA begins with a community needs assessment in which people are engaged to best identify the needs of the community. They are given relevant training to become revolutionary leaders in the communities. The youth are facilitated with modern tools and knowledge that will help them assess the community through a practical approach. After assessing their needs, participants come up with a plan for their vision to better execute it through a concrete and effective action plan that is grounded in reality.
The fully funded international fellowship is hosted by MCW. The organization is a non-profit organization, formed with a vision to improve the quality of education and health along with better economic security for communities around the world. The organization continuously strives to meet the prevailing needs of the communities by empowering the current youth leaders and preparing the future leaders for the cause.

MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- People aged 18 to 26 can apply.
- Able to demonstrate commitment to the community.
- Able to assess community needs and identify community projects in the areas of education, health or economic security;
- Fluency in English (oral or written).
- Get easy access to the Internet to connect with the global team and program alumni and mentors for the entire duration of the program.

How to Apply for MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025:
