Talented students are encouraged to be a part of this fully funded leadership program to attract and involve them in a variety of academic activities and programs to ensure financial stability and support in global communities. could
In 2024, the TechGirls cultural exchange program will empower 111 young women from 37 countries, including 13+ American peers, for a four-week trip to the US. It comes with seven months of mentoring, building on our legacy from 2012, where TechGirls has developed 653 young girls globally. Techgirls have to attend interactive technology and computer campuses, then travel to a specific list of countries to land a job at a tech company. They will also have homestay and community service experiences.
The TechGirls Exchange Program in the USA allows every talented and ambitious woman to enhance her career development while honing the skills she can acquire throughout her career in the USA. Moreover, it allows hard-working women to work together with diverse people and elevate their status in the global community. Further, the global leadership program equips students with fundamental and professional skills that help them provide potential solutions to critical global issues through technical and analytical approaches.
The program aims to find the best solution after solving problems and concerns quickly. Staff are available around the clock to provide career counseling and help with cultural adjustment. Additionally, participants are provided with health care needs under the guidance of CPR-certified staff. The Tech Girls program allows aspirants of all faiths to practice their religion freely.
