Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program (TJSP) Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Tunisian citizen and currently living in Tunisia
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in Tunisia in good academic standing.
- Eligible if in second year or above (first and final year students are ineligible).
- Architecture Students: Eligible in Years 2-5; Engineering students: eligible in years 2-4.
- Able to obtain a US J-1 visa.
- Must be at least 18 years of age by July 1, 2025.
- Commitment to return to Tunisia for two years after the program.
- Get at least a Duolingo score of 100.
- Complete your first academic year in good standing.
How to apply for Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program:
- Complete the online application in English (unless specified otherwise).
- Complete all required fields and provide contact information for two references.
- Each reference must be from a different person, such as a professor or mentor.
- Submit all application materials including references as a package
- Only fully completed applications with both references will be forwarded to the Selection Committee.
